When my husband's dementia got worse I knew I needed a lawyer to help me with a new Will, POA papers for myself since he [my husband] could no longer do it. I called the Office of Aging for the name of a competent-caring person. They gave Mr. Pierson's name. I was so happy with his help. He and his staff explained everything in a clear, concise way. There were no hidden fees, etc. Sometimes it is hard for me to trust people. I trust him & told my family if they need an attorney, he is the one to go to. |

I liked that I did not have a long wait at appointment time and calls were returned promply. Questions were answered thoroughly also. Assistance was provided for most aspects of dealing with financial obligations concerning a spouse admitted to a dementia unit. Yes, I would use these services again and have recommended to others. |

I first met Shawn when my husband and I had our wills, etc. brought up to date. When my husband passed on, he was very helpful and answered all my questions no matter how trivial. Later on we worked together bringing my affairs up to date. It is comforting to know that Shawn and his staff are always there if I need advice. |
