Q: What are your office hours?
Our office is open weekdays from 9am until 4:30pm. If you need to contact the office while we are closed, please call us at (717) 560-4966 and leave a message. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If you work during the day and are unable to schedule an appointment during regular office hours, we may be able to schedule you for an evening appointment based on availability.

Q: Why don't you offer free initial consultations?
Our number one concern at the Law Office of Shawn Pierson is to meet your needs and help secure your future. We don't want to sell you a service that you don't really need so that we can make money. Instead, we want to make sure that we provide you only with the services you need, whether that be something our office can provide or not. If we were to offer free initial consultations, we feel that we would no longer be working strictly to help you, our client, because we would be worried about the money involved.
By having capped fee consultations, you know exactly what you are paying from the start, and if the consultation takes longer, there is no extra charge. This way, we can ensure that our client is the most important thing during the consultation and we can cater any services to his or her needs. Because that is our number one goal, to serve our clients and help them secure their future.
